Charlie and The Patent Factory
The Patent Factory was founded by Charlie Ashworth, a UK and European Patent Attorney. Charlie worked for a leading innovation consultancy, a well-known invention house and for a number of private patent firms before founding The Patent Factory. She has helped over 3,000 people with inventions and businesses over the past 10 years, to achieve worthwhile protection for their ideas. Charlie co-authored the book ‘Patents, Registered Designs, Trade Marks & Copyright’ for the popular Dummies series, evaluated invention submissions for a BBC television show, and offers talks and workshops to help people to understand intellectual property.
